A bit about me...

I set up Blueacorn solutions in 2010 having previously worked in both big consultancy firms (Deloittes & Accenture) and also in a small niche consultancy specialising in behaviour change. My real passion is helping people get more out of their work environment, the idea of unlocking potential (hence the acorn!). I work at three different levels within an organisation

Executive coaching- helping individuals maximise their potential through a confidential 1-1 relationship providing challenge and support

Facilitation & training - designing and facilitating workshops and management development programmes to ensure participation, maximum learning and pragmatic outcomes

Organisation development - practical solutions covering talent management, behavioural change programmes and pragmatic outcomes

The real joy of working for myself is that it allows me to work with some really interesting people, and also gives me the flexiblity to manage my time, including a 10 month trip around the world with my husband and 2 girls.

Part of my pledge to making a difference, not to just my clients but also to outside charities is to donate 10% of my profits, or the equivalent amount in free consultancy, to charities that fit the ethos of helping others unlock potential. Another joy of working for myself!
