Connect with me

I am Mel - a Wife, Mum to four adult children, Grammy to three grandaughters (so far) and dog mum to Blu. I am a South Londoner, who reloacted to Gloucestershire with my family back in 2012, for a change of pace. However, I still travel back to London to work sometimes.
I have worked in Leadership for many years, being a Director of a company and leading a team of about 100 - for about 11 years! As part of these roles, I have coached, written and delivered training and lots of other things too. I have always loved serving and helping to transform others as part of leadership roles, hence why I am now a qualified coach.
As I've always juggled working full time and being a wife and mother, and so self - leadership skills were about survival. I partner with women who feel like there is never enough time to gain courage, clarity and confidence.
"“Working with Mel has been an enriching experience.” “Mel has a remarkable ability to prompt deep reflection, encouraging me to explore what I want, why I want it, and how to achieve it. Working with Mel has been an enriching experience. The self-belief gained through Mel’s coaching sessions will be valuable to my professional and personal life. Mel’s commitment to my growth and well-being positively impacts my journey of self-discovery and development. I’d encourage any busy women who’d like support in navigating their life, to reach out and connect with Mel.” "
