A bit about me...
Hello, I am Helen Waddington and I set up HKW Risk Management in June 2016 for two main reasons, the prosaic one was to provide a flexible work environment around a young family and the other was that I believed there was another, simpler way to manage and reduce risks. Having worked with management systems in larger companies, I felt that things were generally over complicated and divorced from the actual operational tasks which brought the money in!
I believed I could provide local businesses with simple, straightforward and practical management systems which are integrated into the daily operational life of the business and provide the Directors with the assurance that things are working as they should be.
HKW Risk Management now works with businesses in a wide range of sectors including:
